Shivaay Hospicare Announces Dr. Reema Solanki Chauhan’s Participation as Guest Speaker at Rang Technologies’ SHEnergy Initiative Launch

Vadodara, India – November 14, 2025 – Shivaay Hospicare is pleased to share that Dr. Reema Solanki Chauhan, Medical Director of Shivaay Hospicare, was invited as the inaugural guest speaker for the first session of SHEnergy, a women-focused initiative launched by Rang Technologies Inc. The session took place at the Rang Technologies Vadodara office in India. 

SHEnergy, representing “She + Energy,” has been launched by Rang Technologies as a dedicated platform for women to reflect, recharge, and engage in meaningful conversations that support personal growth and workplace well-being. The initiative is designed to offer women a supportive environment to pause, breathe, connect, and grow, especially as many balance responsibilities at home and at work. 

Sharing the intent behind the initiative, the HR team at Rang Technologies said, “SHEnergy is a step toward creating a stronger, more empathetic workplace culture. This is not a single event but the beginning of an ongoing series that will continue to empower the women of our organization.” 

Dr. Reema Solanki Chauhan was invited to lead the inaugural session due to her expertise in health and wellness. She addressed the women employees on the topic “Health and Wellness for Night Shift Employees”, providing practical strategies to help them manage demanding schedules and maintain long-term well-being. 

Reflecting on her experience at Rang Technologies, Dr. Reema shared: “It was an absolute privilege and pleasure to address the women of Rang Technologies. The session was dynamic and engaging, enriched by their thoughtful questions and eagerness to learn. Their enthusiasm showed a genuine commitment to personal well-being and growth.” 

Dr. Reema expressed that she felt wholeheartedly welcomed and was inspired by the positive response from the participants. 

She further added, “Although I missed meeting the Director, the warmth and hospitality extended by the entire organizing committee made the experience seamless. My special appreciation to the team at Rang for their support and coordination. Initiatives like SHEnergy are meaningful and impactful, and I would be happy to return for future sessions.” 

SHEnergy will continue as an ongoing series at Rang Technologies, bringing expert-led conversations and supportive learning opportunities to its women employees.
